Medical
Medical plans intended to meet the needs of our team members, with predictable annual deductibles and coverage for eligible medical services. Eligible team members can also participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Dental
Dental coverage including two preferred provider organization (PTO) plans; a high and a low, allowing team members to seek care from licensed dental providers.
Vision
Vision plan with affordable co-payments and coverage for an exam and vision hardware; either eyeglasses or contact lenses.
Life/AD&D & Disability
A life insurance plan that pays a beneficiary in the event of death and accidental death and dismemberment insurance benefit should the death result from an accident. Team members also have the option to purchase additional life/AD&D.
Generous Paid Time off (PTO)
Community West Bank offers eligible employees a range of paid and unpaid leave options to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. This includes time off from work for illness, vacation, holidays (10 bank holidays), jury duty, and other personal reasons.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) is an "equity compensation" plan (not a retirement plan) that allows eligible employees the opportunity to set aside a portion of net pay to purchase Community West Bancshares (CWBC) stock at a discount.
